CTMH Technique Blog Hop - Blushing Backgrounds Welcome to my blog Paper Crafting With Rebecca .  If you just popped in from CatScrapbooking 's blog then you are in the right place. A blog hop is a friendly circle of artists challenged to design a paper craft using a monthly designated theme or product. Once we create our paper craft using that particular theme/product we then blog post our resulting creations. The next step is to visit each other's blogs so we can see what other’s have designed and created using that same theme/product. Even if you aren't entering a creation in this month's blog hop you are very welcome to join into the "hopping" and be sure to leave comments! However, it is that time of year when I tend to send cards to thank those who helped to make our holidays so special, so let's look at this simple two-tone design. Although this card is simple in design it still conveys those feelings of gratitude. I used the following in my "recipe": Card base : One sheet of white 8.5" x 11" cardstock cut in half. Card layers : Patterned paper. I used two different papers out of the Fundamental Paper Packet. I cut the background paper to 4" x 5.25" and one 4" x 0.75". I also saved my scrap to make my top layer "Thank You" die cut from. I cut the heart patterned paper to 3.75" x 5". I also used my scrap white cardstock to cut out three more white "Thank You" dies cuts. Stamps : I used a sentiment stamp on the inside
