Heart 2 Heart Challenge: Tags

Welcome to my blog, Paper Crafting With Rebecca!

Shaker cards are so fun to make and tags are for more than adding to gifts! Combining a tag with a shaker card is fun, easy, and perfect for entering the current Heart 2 Heart Challenge: Tags!

Let me tell you a little bit about my current entry...

I started by using the Snuggle Up Stamp Set to stamp a bunny (and the balloon) using Toffee Exclusive Ink onto a scrap piece of White Daisy Cardstock. Next I had so much fun watercoloring my decorative pieces.

Watercoloring is so relaxing!

While my decorative pieces dried I used my Stitched Rectangle Frames Thin Cuts to cut a frame out of Wisteria Cardstock.

I pulled some other papers out of my stash so I could cut out a tag using the Tags & Tabs Thin Cuts. I cut the window out of the tag and then added a piece of acetate to the tag to create a clear window. Next I cut a piece of patterned paper out of my stash to 4" x 5.25" and adhered it to my white card. I attached the wisteria frame over the top of the patterned paper at a tilt. Then it was just a matter of adding the sparkles and the tag to make a shaker card. I used Thin 3-D Foam Tape so the sparkles will have plenty of room to "shake". I added on my watercolored pieces and a few more embellishments to complete the card!
