Color Dare #370 - Brown + Splash

Welcome to my blog,  Paper Crafting With Rebecca!  In order to maintain this blog, this page may contain affiliate links and I will be compensated (at no added cost to you) if you make a purchase after clicking my links. Thank you for your support. Time for another  Color My Heart Color Dare ! This time it is a  Splash of Color Dare . The challenge is to "... use any product as long as it is brown, plus ONLY ONE splash of color of your choice. Black and white are free." Since I have some very dear friends who are celebrating their wedding anniversary I decided to make them a clean and simple card within the parameters of this challenge. To start I cut a piece of brown Kraft Paper to 4.25" x 11" and folded it in half to create a top fold card. Then it was a matter of stamping and embossing. I used one retired CTMH stamp set (Rise Strong - D1870) and the Every Little Thing (C1801) stamp set. I love the flowers on the retired set, but I also really love the font

Cricut Scrapbook Fun!

Welcome to my blog,  Paper Crafting With Rebecca! This time of year I am busy enjoying Christmas themed paper crafting... but I don't want to put those pictures up on my blog until the recipient of the artwork sees what I've made them! So instead, for today's blog, I thought you might like to see the process I used to make a scrapbook layout for my little granddaughter's birthday party pictures this weekend. If you are a beginner with Cricut or Cricut Access you might really enjoy this video I made showing how to make a basic scrapbook page. I'll be posting again, real soon, because there are some paper crafting challenges coming up I would like to share with you... so be sure to visit again! Thank you for reading my blog and leave me a comment if you would like to (I love reading your comments). Happy Paper Crafting, Rebecca
