Catching Up...

Welcome to my blog,  Paper Crafting With Rebecca ! How have you been doing as we all stay home and stay safe? Are you getting a lot of crafting done? I have. I thought I might play "catch up" with you all and post a few pictures of some of what I've been doing these days... I will list supplies I used below the video but you can always use the supplies you already have in your stash! For my gift tags I  added some  Nuvo Glitter Drops  - Adds that little extra "something" to the project.  Have fun making these beautiful gift tags! If you would like to read the rules, see other entries, or join the fun here is the link →  Color My Heart Color Dare #394 - Monochromatic "Greens" . To start with I pulled out my favorite three green inks: Willow, Clover, and Evergreen. I also pulled together some White Daisy Cardstock and a sponge dauber. Then I got busy blending some ink... While that background ink dried I started to work on my hummingbird. I used my new Sweet Hummingbird Stamp + Thin Cuts (Z3725) for this card design. First I stamped the hummingbird in black and then I "watercolored" him in using my green inks and a  small round waterbrush. This is so fun to do! While the hummingbird dried I attached the my green blended piece (trimmed to 3.75" x 5") to a

Do you miss wandering around the craft supply stores? Are you lacking some inspiration for your next paper crafting project? This pandemic has us all staying home and using our currently available paper crafting supplies so I thought I would offer a fun stamping challenge to you for inspiration! Here is how it works... pull out four or five stamp sets you seldom use (whatever you have in your stash), then drop them into a bag... reach in... pull out the first stamp set your fingers touch. No going back! You have to use that one! Now... take that one stamp set and create three cards and/or scrapbook layouts using three different techniques. You can add whatever embellishments you want to, you can use any paper or cardstock you
