Open Design Card

I was so excited to play with the Close To My Heart (CTMH) Stamp of the Month for July I jumped into it two weeks early! One of the benefits of being an Independent Consultant for CTMH is that I can get my hands on the stamps a bit earlier than the public release. If you are interested in becoming a CTMH Independent Consultant then be sure to contact me and I will be happy to assist you and then you can get the stamps early, too!
I made a couple of "open design" cards using this fun stamp set and paper from the CTMH Into The Wild paper collection. I created a video while making one of the cards if you would like to follow along:
In case you are interested, some of the supplies and items I mentioned or used in my video are linked here:
- Shaker Window Foam & Acetate
- Photo Trimmer
- Tombow Permanent Adhesive
- Shimmer Brush - Clear
- Ranger Clear Super Fine Embossing Powder
- Anti-static Pouch
- Heat Tool
- All-Purpose Mat
- Non-stick Micro-tip Scissors
- VersaMat
- My Acrylic Block Starter Kit
Three cards, same basic design, but using different papers.
This patterned paper had the mountains already printed on it, I just cut it to size to fit the card.
This is the card I made in the video above... a green bear!
This card is a bit different as I used a tree-line border die for the bottom part. I also used White Daisy Cardstock inside the card to give me room to write a personal message inside the card.
So that is the fun I wanted to share with you today! This adorable stamp set will be available July 1-31, 2019, in my online store. Since it is the July Stamp of the Month, it will only cost $5 with a qualifying purchase (while supplies last)!
I hope you enjoyed the video. I truly appreciate your support and encouragement when you comment, "like" and "subscribe" to my YouTube channel. Also, please feel free to comment below in my blog... I love hearing from you!
Happy Paper Crafting,
Rebecca
