Dollar Tree Doily Ideas for Cards and Scrapbook Layouts

Isn't it fun when you find a deal... such as 32 assorted sizes of paper doilies in a pack for only a dollar at the Dollar Tree! Here is a video I created demonstrating some techniques for incorporating doilies into your project to add texture, color, and dimension to your paper crafting projects.
