May 2023 Review

Welcome to Paper Crafting With Rebecca! I am delighted you stopped into my crafty blog. I hope you find the information here fun, informative, and inspirational. I create this blog (and videos) because I love meeting new people and connecting with others in the paper crafting community.

The month of May zipped by way too quickly! It was a fun month, time spent with family and lots of paper crafting! Let's look at some of the videos that came out this month...

First off, the kind people at InLoveArts reached out and sent me some more goodies! If you didn't see what those were then here is a video of the unboxing.

After opening this package I couldn't wait to play with everything! Here is what I made with what they sent. I hope you find some paper crafting inspiration here.

Although I am not an affiliate of InLoveArts I want to share some of their links with you because I very much appreciate them sending me these items to try and review... I will NOT receive compensation if you click on the links below or use my coupon code. However... that 25% Off coupon code will save YOU some money should you shop at their online store. (My coupon code for my subscribers is simply my name... REBECCA).

Another fun thing I did in May was go to the Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in Chantilly, Virginia, on Saturday, May 29th. My hubby was such a good sport and went with me even though he really has no interest in paper crafting (can you imagine!) so it was a fun trip. See what my experience was like in this video...

Of course, May is the month we celebrate Mothers! I am still blessed to be able to speak with my mother, but I know it is a difficult holiday for some. I also have a beautiful daughter-in-law who is such a wonderful mother to my grandchildren. Of course, I am so thankful for our wonderful son who gave me the title of "mother" all those years ago, too.

May was also a fun "challenge" month for me! I participated in a fun challenge with another paper crafting YouTuber (Chaos in the Craft Room) in a S.P.R.I.N.G.Y. Challenge. Check out my video...

Please join us and create a card using these parameters as described in our videos. Post your card on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. with the hashtag #springycardchallenge so we can see what you made!

Another fun moment of May (even though I didn't make a video about these) is this set of six "Fairy" cards I made using pressed flowers as a hostess gift set for an upcoming trip. What do you think about them? Have you made cards using pressed flowers? Let me know in the comments below.

Lastly, I got a new summer purse! The team at LASNV were kind enough to reach out and offer to send me a purse to review. Here is what they sent and my review...

I am very pleased with my new purse and appreciate that it is faux leather so no animals were harmed. Although I am not an affiliate of LASNV I want to share some of their links with you because I very much appreciate them sending me this purse to use and review. Again, I will NOT receive compensation if you click on the links below. Also... if you use the coupon code REBEC5OFF  you will receive 5% off your order (even items on sale)!

Hopefully your month of May was a great one. I have no complaints about May this year and am now looking forward to so many fun activities for June!

Please keep in touch, you know I love hearing from you (comments below, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and really appreciate your kind support and of my paper crafting passion. Be well and...

Happy Paper Crafting!!
