June 2023 Review

Welcome to Paper Crafting With Rebecca! I am delighted you stopped into my crafty blog. I hope you find the information here fun, informative, and inspirational. I create this blog (and videos) because I love meeting new people and connecting with others in the paper crafting community.

June was such a fun month of travel and crafty adventures! It is so nice to be back "out and about" to meet up with old friends and to make new ones, too!

Let's recap the month...

I started the month by sharing my May 2023 Entry to Kendra's Card Challenge. Although I had turned in the cards in the month of May I didn't have a chance to share them with you on my YouTube channel until June 2nd. I hope you enjoyed seeing them and they provided some inspiration for your crafting time.

It was so fun to create this custom baby shower card for a dear friend to give to her niece. From the color choices to the theme, this card was specifically designed and handmade to help welcome a new little girl into the world and let her parents know she (and they) are loved.

When I returned from a trip to Denver, Colorado, I found these fun goodies from Kokorosa waiting for me! I unboxed and shared all this goodness with you and (as always) I am open for suggestions regarding what to create with them. Let me know in the comments!

Although I am not an affiliate of Kokorosa Studio I want to share some of their links with you because I very much appreciate them sending me these items to try and review... I will not receive compensation if you click on the links below. Kokorosa kindly provided a 25% off your order coupon code for may subscribers: REBECCA

Of course, I was super excited to share with you my June entry for Kendra's Card Challenge 10 #kcc10 as well. These cards were all so fun to create because I loved the paper I was using and Kendra had provided such fun sketches for this challenge. Let me know if you entered her #kendrascardchallenge10 so I can go look at what you did!

Another even I was super excited about in June 2023 is that my friend Monika (also known as Crafting with Quilling Lady ) designed her own papers and svg files!! You really need to check out her beautiful downloadable papers and svg files for yourself!!

Then my hubby and I headed off on our roadtrip and I (of course) had to make a couple of "crafty stops" along the way. It was such a fun time. I hope you enjoy the short video I put up to try to summarize all our fun!

Lastly, I wanted to share with you some of what I did using those Kokorosa Dies that they sent me to review (see the video I did about that above). You can also use the links above if you want to recreate any of these card designs.

Here are a couple of pictures to help inspire you in your craft area! Be sure to let me know what you think in the comments.

Although I strongly encourage you to shop your own stash when paper crafting, I will sometimes include links (see below) that are items I have recently purchased, used myself, or would like your opinion about. If you purchase anything using my links below I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Thank you so much for you support of my blog and my YouTube channel through the use of these links.

I bought some of the new Picket Fence Studios Paper Pouncers and am curious if you have used them? If so, do you have any suggestions for me about using them, storing them, cleaning them, etc.? Let me know in the comments below.

Also, I recently bought the Brutus Monroe Embossing Powders Oz Collection and I am so excited to use them! There is a video coming soon so you can see more about these.

I hope you have some time to do some crafting (or whatever you most love to do) and remember that I love hearing from you! You can find me on most social media as @papergluefun or you can leave me comments below!

Happy Paper Crafting!
